This is my second visit from Carl, who is simply wonderful and has a very
welcoming personality. My first experience with Mechanic's Air was via a
referral from American Home Shield Home Warranty. Carl came out to correct a
problem with my furnace that was the result of another company. Upon arrival,
Carl was very professional and got right to the point of telling me what the
problem was. The matter was corrected within a couple of days, which was a
blessing considering that it was is the middle of summer. Again, I must say

John showed up on time and quickly diagnosed the problem upon my explaining the
symptoms. He properly set my expectation for the repair cost after he analyzed
the problem, called to find the (original Trane) replacement part, went to
Norcross to retrieve it, returned and installed it. This all happened within a
couple of hours. All the while he and his wife were polite yet focused on the
job. I know the price was fair as he willingly gave me the part number and I was
able to get an idea by searching for it on the web. The total labor cost was
fair all things considered, AND he was willing to give me a 1 year parts+labor
on the job! Given this experience, I would trade with these guys (and John)
again.
