Hello -

One of your technicians, Barry McGowan, came to our house yesterday to assist us with a problem we were having with our air conditioner, and we wanted to let you know that we were very pleased with his service. The appointment was made on very short notice, he arrived on time, helped us diagnose our problem (which was our fault, but let's ignore that) and gave us some good advice on maintenance for our A/C unit.

We've added his to our small stack of "will use again" business cards and thought you should know that we intend to use Mechanic's again when we need seasonal service on our HVAC system.
