I want to commend you on the excellent service of Rudy Chrisandut, who has answered all of my calls to Mechanics Heating and Air Conditioning for a few years now. Rudy is a superb technician and a terrific communicator – even when he has to be the bearer of bad news for an expensive repair. He always works with me to make the repair swiftly and as cost-effectively as possible. His repair work has been consistently excellent. On one occasion when we had a complication the next day, he returned immediately to get things just right (with our AC). He always makes a follow-up call to ensure that all is well, as he did this morning with the repair to the upstairs heating unit.
Thank you for providing such excellent service, and for the continuity I enjoy in having a technician who is so knowledgeable about my home’s history, as well. This is how a good company becomes a great one.
