I'd like to compliment the professional care and service I received from
Mechanics H&A, and from the service technician Carl Ray. I received a call
from Marie a few days ago with an offer to come out and inspect our two
units to check them out for the coming winter months. I informed her that I
would have to run this by my wife to see if she was in agreement that this
should be done. She agreed and I called back and talked with Kristen and
set the appointment up for, to my surprise, that day.

It wasn't long before Carl called to say he was on his way. Carl did a
thorough inspection and cleaned the filters and reported our units to be
fine.

Again, thank-you for the helpful staff and quick professional service.

Good Afternoon,

This afternoon we had Carl come out to our home to take care of our air conditioning unit. We had called in the morning and Carl came out to our house the same day. Additionally, when we had questions on the price of services rendered, we were graciously given a substantial discount. We are pleased!

My story starts with the lightening storm that knocked out my furnace and therefore I lost my air conditioning too. The temperature was 95% outside and a good deal higher inside. I needed help quickly. We were melting into puddles! Mechanics heating and air came too our rescue with great speed and are installing a new furnace as we speak. Thank goodness we will not spend another night hoping for a cool breeze. Carl and Cedric were wonderful. They were clean, neat and most of all knowledgeable! I feel that My new furnace was installed correctly and neatly. I hope to have some cool soon.
