This is my second visit from Carl, who is simply wonderful and has a very welcoming personality. My first experience with Mechanic's Air was via a referral from American Home Shield Home Warranty. Carl came out to correct a problem with my furnace that was the result of another company. Upon arrival, Carl was very professional and got right to the point of telling me what the problem was. The matter was corrected within a couple of days, which was a blessing considering that it was is the middle of summer. Again, I must say thanks to Mechanic's Air and especially Carl for always being on-time, friendly, courteous and professional.

I GOT A COMPLAINT ! ! ! !

This guy named Don Fulkerson you got working for you is one fantastic tech. He had answers to all my questions and was very curteous and professional. He made ya feel good about his work as ya hand him a $700.00+ check for his time and service hahahaha.

He dont play games with what he says and how he feels about his work. He tells ya just like it is and all that he is about to do step by step and the expected results of his tests.

You know excatly what he is gonna do and what its gonna cost you before you approve it. This must come from his many years of experience with dealing with the public not knowing who is going to open the door when you get there.

If I was operating a company such as yours I would promote him to a position where he can be of the best use to you and that is PUBLIC RELATIONS and PERSONNEL TRAINING... I suspect he could get along with just about anyone he comes in contact with.

I also suspect that there is a lot more technology locked up in that brain of his than he lets you know about and he only pulls it out when he has to. He can talk to the customer at any level the customer wants to go. To put it in simple terms..... He knows his business and he knows how to tell the consumer about it at a level they can understand. He also takes the time to make sure the customer knows what he is saying.

Only time will tell if his work matches my words but I feel confident that he did the best he could, knowing what he knows.

Now.... back to something that is more company related.... He was quick to identify himself and let you know who he was and who he works for. You dont even find that with places like COMCAST or AT&T people that come out to do their installations and repairs now days. The company truck appeared to be clean well maintained and also presented a professional apperance. You know what you are gonna get when someone pulls up with a pick up truck and the back side is full of discarded refrigerant containers that havent been properly disposed of yet and likely wont be if they can get away with it.

To make a general statement..... I was quite satisfied with his work providing the bubble gum dont come lose on the repairs he did. But Im sure you get my drift.

Thank you for your service and your contact with the consumer to make sure there are no surprises. With any luck I wont have to see your people again for a long time and everything will be just fine. The lady that answers the phone and sets up appointments knows how to handle those things too. She kept me informed of all the things that would make the appointment go well for me and your tech.

Should you need a referral or a personal statement about the service I received today, just ask me and I will try to type it up and make it sound more like someone besides a country hick typed this thing hahaha.

OK Thats the end of my complaint.....

Carl was right on time. He introduced himself, was very friendly, and eager to get to work. We explained everything
he was doing and told us about a more efficent filter for our system. He made us aware that we had grass clippings
on our coils, something we never thought about. We will be more attentive to that now.

We appreciated Carl's work with our 2 air conditioning units. He was on-time, courteous, and explained in detail what we needed done and what the associated costs would be. Once the work was completed we were pleased that our quoted costs didn't change.

We decided to get the year maintenance agreement and feel that we can depend on Carl again should the need arise.

Carl ray came to my house today because i had no heat. he was very courteous and kind when he informed me I needed a new furnace, much to my dismay. however, the whole process was painless as he installed my new furnace, same day, and i would recommend him to anyone who asked.
